Because every blanket is custom printed with your pet's 
photo, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on 
personalized orders.

Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after the order is placed
- Delays caused by incorrect or low-quality photos 
  provided at checkout
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
- Print quality issues caused by low-resolution 
  photos submitted by the customer
