1. Processing Time (Making Your Order)

Because our products are custom-made for your pet, additional time and effort are required.

Standard Customization: Please allow 7 business days for designing and making your order before shipping.

During peak holiday periods, processing time may extend to 7 business days.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

We offer worldwide shipping! All products are shipped from Mainland China. Estimated delivery time after order shipment:

10-20 business days (subject to actual logistics delivery time).

Note: The above are estimated times. Total time = Processing time + Delivery time.

3. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal. Tracking information updates may take 48-72 hours.

4. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

LumiYue is not responsible for any customs duties or other fees incurred on your order. All costs incurred during or after shipment (customs duties, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Address Incorrectness Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, we may charge additional shipping fees for resending.
